Kaiseki Cuisine

Ikenotaira Hotel & Resort serves traditional Japanese cuisine(Japanese Multiple course) "KAISEKI" filled with local food and seasonal fresh Nagano ingredients.

Kuruma.Other than the typical dishes such as tempura, sushi...etc, we will have seasonal dishes provided every day. The seasonal menu changes monthly.
